• Arsalan Siddiqui is a bioengineering graduate student at the University of Maryland, College Park, and is an MPowering the State Student Entrepreneurship Fellow at the Robert E. Fischell Institute for Biomedical Devices, and a Science Diplomacy and Foreign Policy Fellow with the University of Maryland and U.S. State Department.

He also serves as the Student President of the University System of Maryland, advocating for over 170,000 students attending one of Maryland’s 15 public higher education and educational centers, including the University of Maryland, University of Maryland Baltimore County, and others. Arsalan has also been successfully working on developing and patenting several medical devices in coordination with Children’s National Hospital, the University of Maryland Medical Center, and the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
